Providing You With The Best Option

Medicare is the gold standard in health insurance.

It provides coverage to people 65 years old and older, as well as those who have certain disabilities or have any type of ESRD (end-stage renal disease). For most Medicare plans, there's no premium owed by you- it covers everything, including doctor visits and hospital stays, at normal Medicare rates! Medicare (Parts A and B)

Medicare is a great way to get the care you need, but it can be expensive. There are two main parts of Medicare:

  • Part A – hospital stays
  • Part B – outpatient services

Together, these are what is known as Original Medicare. It's important to note that there is no drug coverage with these options unless while inpatient at a hospital.

Medicare Advantage (Part C)

Medicare part C, also known as Medicare Advantage Plans, is offered by private companies approved by the government, who provide you with an alternative to Original Medicare. Your health insurance provider will be assigned after signing up for this plan; they must offer coverage at least as good if not better than what is provided through a traditional system.

Medicare (Part D)

Medicare part D offers prescription drug coverage. It can be purchased as stand-alone insurance with a Medicare Advantage plan. But this option may be more expensive than buying the drugs separately and having them covered by your original retiree health benefits package from work.

The price varies depending on what's included in its network or copays required for each specific medication. There isn't any annual cost incurred when paying upfront every year, unlike other types of private plans, which require payment once enrollment begins.

Medicare Supplement

Medicare supplement insurance was created by private companies to fill in any gaps left uncovered when you have original Medicare. These can include deductibles, copays, and your liability for 20% cost-sharing with the original plan, but these plans typically do not come equipped with a network, so providers must accept them; otherwise, there would be nothing stopping someone from using them!
